You’re one download away. TakeoffAI and Markup AI both run inside the same WildRein app — what you purchased determines what unlocks when you activate it.

1. Get your download

After checkout, your download link is on your order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and always available under My Account → Downloads. It’s the same file either way — Windows 10 or 11, no installer wizard, just unzip and run.

2. Activate with your email

  1. Unzip the download and run TakeoffAI.exe
  2. Open the Config tab
  3. Enter the email address you used to purchase — this is your license seat
  4. That’s it. TakeoffAI’s “Run Batch Now” unlocks if you purchased TakeoffAI. If you also purchased Markup AI, it runs automatically as part of Run Batch Now — no separate button or step needed. No separate download for either product — it’s the same app either way.

Trial customers: use the same email you signed up with for your free trial — same activation, same app.

3. One seat, one computer

Activation locks your license to the computer you activate it on — the first machine to check in with your email is the one it stays on. Setting up a new computer, or reformatting? Just reach out first so we can release the old one — trying to activate on a second machine without that will show “already active on another computer” instead of unlocking.
