Every license starts with a free trial run on your own real drawings — 7 days by default, or 30 days if you opt in to let WildRein save the blueprints, summaries, and markups processed during your trial for in-house product improvement (this data is never shared externally). See Try Free for details. Either way, that’s your window to confirm it’s a fit before you’re ever billed a dollar.

Refunds on Paid Subscriptions

Because every subscription is preceded by a free trial — 7 days by default, or 30 days with the data-use opt-in — paid billing periods are non-refundable once a charge goes through: you’ve already had the chance to evaluate the product risk-free before paying anything. If something’s gone wrong on our end (a billing error, a service outage that affected your ability to use the product, etc.), contact us and we’ll make it right.

Canceling Your Subscription

Cancel any time with a single click from your account — no email, no waiting on a reply. Cancellation is exactly as easy as subscribing: your seat stays active through the end of your current billing period, then switches off automatically. No cancellation fees, no retention runaround.
